Each piece of Eldorado Stone veneer is cast from a mold made from of an actual natural stone. Craftsmen sort through literal tons of stone, to select the rocks that most complement one another. Their state of the art mold manufacturing facility captures every detail down to the most finite level texture, size and color.
Real Rock
Real Rock® is Natural Thin Stone Veneer. It looks like real stone because it is real stone!
This makes Real Rock® products perfect for our outdoor use projects. Quality is found in the authenticity of nature.
Is Real Rock® Durable?
Just like real stone resists weather and UV damage, Real Rock® Natural Thin Stone Veneer has the same level of durability, because it is hewn from actual stone.
Any surface nick or a scratch on Real Rock® reveals more of the same stone beneath. This, and fact that each piece of natural stone varies in color, veining from piece to piece, are the main differences between concrete based stone products and Real Rock®.

Surface Preparation
1. Painted surfaces must be sand-blasted or otherwise stripped of paint. If all paint is not completely removed, we secure a metal lath to the wall, 6″ on center.
2. For exterior surfaces, we install a vapor barrier first, then metal lath.
3. For surfaces with frame construction (plywood, drywall or rigid foam), we nail a metal lath to the wall securely, 6″ on center.
4. We apply a scratch coat (2 parts washed sand to 1 part Type S cement mix) to lath.
5. We rake horizontal grooves in the scratch coat.
6. we allow it to cure.
Stone Veneer Installation
After proper cleaning, our masons meticulously piece together the pieces of stone and arrange them so they have a well balanced look wherever they are being installed.
